Every successful behaviour transformation begins with understanding. The Behaviour Blueprint is a focused, two-hour in-home consultation for owners who want to understand what is driving their dog’s behaviour and what needs to change.
Relationships provide the primary starting point, while Resources, Safety & Security and Exploration are also considered to identify other factors that may be influencing your dog’s responses.

We will examine how interactions, routines, communication and responses across the household may be shaping your dog’s expectations and behaviour.
Resources
We will consider how your dog values and gains access to food, toys, attention, play, space and other important resources.
Safety & Security
We will explore your dog’s environment, triggers, emotional responses and communication signals to understand where they may feel anxious, uncertain or responsible.
Exploration
We will assess how walks, movement, environmental pressures and everyday experiences may be affecting your dog’s confidence and behaviour.
By the end of the consultation, you will have a clearer understanding of the underlying cause, practical guidance you can begin implementing immediately and a personalised roadmap for the next stage of change.
If you choose to progress into one of the other programmes, the Blueprint becomes your first session and its £160 investment is deducted from the programme price.

The Top Dog Behaviour Programme is a structured four-session pathway for owners who are ready to understand their dog more fully and implement consistent change at home.
Across the programme, we will work through the Four Key Pillars in greater depth to:

The daily work between sessions is an important part of the process. Throughout the programme, you will have my continued support to ask questions, troubleshoot setbacks and remain confident about what to do next.

While the behaviour sessions focus on your dog, your household and the Four Key Pillars, the kinesiology sessions provide dedicated time to explore the emotional factors that may be affecting how you feel and respond.
This combined approach supports both ends of the lead. As your understanding of your dog develops, you will also be supported in feeling calmer, more confident and more consistent when navigating difficulties together.

The Rescue Integration Programme

Welcoming a rescue dog into your home can be incredibly rewarding, but their previous experiences may be unknown and adjusting to a new environment, household and routine can take time.
Some difficulties appear immediately, while others emerge months or even years after adoption. These may include anxiety, hypervigilance, over-attachment, difficulty settling or fear-based responses towards people, dogs or unfamiliar situations.
Across four personalised, in-home sessions, I will:
